Developing each player’s ability and confidence on the ball.
THE ALIMA APPROACH
Spot potential. Develop ability. Support the person. Alima brings football, education and personal growth together so young players can move forward — on and off the pitch.

Developing each player’s ability and confidence on the ball.
Learning to read the game and contribute to the team.
Making physical development an integral part of the training approach.
Combining football development with support for schoolwork and preparation for the future.
Bringing psychological support, confidence and learning to live as a team into the wider approach.
Using observation and data to support player development.
Hard work · Discipline · Respect · Inclusion · Effort
These pillars set out Alima’s vision for development. Contact the team for details of how the programme is organised and delivered.
